Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Process supplier/vendor invoices accurately and on time

  2. Match invoices with Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes

  3. Prepare and execute vendor payments as per agreed schedules

  4. Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable ledgers

  5. Coordinate with vendors for invoice discrepancies and payment queries

  6. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls

  7. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

  8. Support internal and external audits with AP documentation

  9. Coordinate closely with Procurement, Finance, and Management teams


Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes

  2. Hands-on experience with UAE VAT compliance (AP-related)

  3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

  4. Excellent reconciliation and reporting skills

  5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  6. Ability to manage multiple vendors and tight deadlines


Preferred Criteria

  • Experience in the UAE real estate industry

  • Pakistani nationals with cancelled visas

  • Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice
