Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create and finalize job descriptions, ensuring clarity and accuracy of role requirements

• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events

• Review and assess resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions based on job criteria and qualifications.

• Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role before scheduling in-depth interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and organized process

• Administer and interpret pre-employment assessments, tests, and other evaluation tools to assess candidate competencies and suitability.

• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating terms and ensuring all documentation is completed

• Support the onboarding process by preparing materials, coordinating start dates, and ensuring a positive initial experience for new hires

• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts

• Maintain regular and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing- � updates and feedback

• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures

• Accurately maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity

• Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies

• Assist with special recruitment projects, such as talent mapping, recruitment campaigns, and process improvements

• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing recruitment

docume:1tation, organizing files, and handling correspondence

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 03 years of related work experience in similar industries

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent

HR Certification is a plus
