Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, documents) - Drafting and formatting letters, memos, and reports - Maintaining organized filing systems (physical and digital) - Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups - Assisting in document formatting, printing…etc. - Supporting HR and finance teams with clerical tasks - Monitoring office supplies and coordinating purchases - Welcoming visitors and clients professionally - Handling front desk operations and phone calls - Scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Maintaining records of incoming/outgoing correspondence
