Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all project-related documentation.
- Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain an organised filing system, both digital and physical, for project records.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for document control.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth work-flow processes.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
- Monitor and update document templates and formats to ensure consistency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A background in administrative support or document control, preferably in the property industry.
- Proficiency in document management software and tools.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as Dubai.
