Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all project-related documentation.
  • Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain an organised filing system, both digital and physical, for project records.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for document control.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth work-flow processes.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Monitor and update document templates and formats to ensure consistency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A background in administrative support or document control, preferably in the property industry.
  • Proficiency in document management software and tools.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as Dubai.
