Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives and management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal logistics.
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel for VIP guests, senior executives, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visas arrangements.
  • Liaise with premium travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and concierge services.
  • Ensure travel itineraries are accurate, seamless, and meet executive preferences.
  • Manage last-minute changes and special requests with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare expense reports, travel reimbursements, and follow up on approvals.
  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails; respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Administration and UAE work experience is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, SAP, Oracle or similar).
  • Experience working in hospitality or executive services is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Office Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone

Office timings: 10am to 8pm – 5 days per week. Saturdays & Sundays are holidays
