Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Responsible for performing front desk, administrative, and clerical functions.
Accountabilities:
-
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking and relaying messages.
-
Greeting visitors and taking messages if concerned party is unavailable.

Expert with all MS Office applications.

Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.

Good in customer service calls & handling all clients inquiries.

Provide general administrative support and secretarial services as required.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience:
3 to 5 years minimum in a similar job
Computer Skills
PC literacy, good knowledge in using spreadsheets, word processing and relevant computer applications.
Languages:
Language proficiency in English
