Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and issue quotations for clients.
Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships. -
Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant departments. Create and follow up on purchase requests and supplier communication.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas field is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
