Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue quotations for clients.

  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships. -

  • Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant departments. Create and follow up on purchase requests and supplier communication.

  • Maintain organized records and documentation.

  • Provide general administrative support to the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas field is preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
