Roles & Responsibilities

1. Operations Coordination �


  • Schedule and assign cleaning staff to different locations/sites.

  • Ensure cleaners arrive on time and follow company standards.

  • Monitor daily operations and job completion.

  • Coordinate with supervisors and team leaders.

  • Handle last-minute staff replacements if someone is absent.

  • Track service quality and customer satisfaction.


2. Client Coordination �

  • Communicate with clients about service schedules and requirements.

  • Respond to complaints or service issues quickly.

  • Arrange special cleaning requests or urgent jobs.

  • Maintain good customer relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills.

  2. Good communication skills English. Hindi, Malayalam

  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.

  4. Good problem-solving ability.
