Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups to maximize productivity.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation that support decision-making processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
