Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between employees and management
- Handle employee affairs, records, and documentation
- Follow up on government-related transactions and platforms
- Manage contracts, renewals, and employee documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support attendance, leave management, and administrative records
- Assist with basic HR tasks and internal coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in administration or HR support roles
- Experience handling government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business)
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law basics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of Arabic and English
