Roles & Responsibilities
Administration Officer - KSA National
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Experience: 3+ years of experience in administration or office management within Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Languages: English and Arabic (mandatory)
About the Role
The Administration Officer will play a key role in managing day-to-day office operations, supporting HR and finance functions, and ensuring organizational compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
This position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of administrative processes within Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities
- Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facility-related requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance needs for the office.
- Document & Record Management
- Maintain accurate records of company documents, contracts, and official correspondence.
- Support filing and archiving activities in line with company policies.
- HR & Employee Support
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and coordination with the PRO for visa and residency processes.
- Maintain employee records and support payroll coordination.
- Finance & Procurement Support
- Assist in invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- Support procurement of office supplies and services.
- Government & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate with the PRO to ensure compliance with Saudi labor and regulatory requirements.
- Support activities on platforms such as QIWA, GOSI, Absher, and Mudad when required.
- Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange travel bookings, hotel reservations, and meeting logistics.
- Assist in planning and organizing corporate events and training sessions.
Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Saudi HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience using government platforms such as QIWA, GOSI, Absher, and Mudad.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
