As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our executive team and staff, handling a diverse array of responsibilities that span scheduling, communication, and document management. Your role is foundational to facilitating efficient operations within our company, ensuring that our objectives are met with precision and timeliness. You will serve as a key point of contact, making your interpersonal skills crucial as you liaise between various departments and external partners. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage schedules and appointments for executives and team leaders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices.
  • Assist with office operations and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest quality of discretion.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and other similar activities.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing mail and timely responses.
  • Ensure database accuracy and update records promptly and accurately.
  • Provide backup and support to other administrative staff and management team.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from external stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing additional tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office support is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are critical for success.
