Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Emirati ONLY) to support daily office operations. The role involves handling routine clerical tasks, managing internal and external communications, and assisting team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across departments. Key Responsibilities: Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence Maintain and organize files, documents, and records Prepare reports, Offer letters, and perform data entry tasks Coordinate meetings and manage calendars and schedules Assist with office supplies and provide general office support Support HR and Accounts with basic documentation, as required Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be a UAE National, reflecting the company's commitment to local talent.
  • Exhibits fluency in both English and Arabic, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced skills in data analysis and presentation.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality work and minimal errors.
  • Displays a proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
  • Possesses a professional and discreet demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
