Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Executive Support: • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and document meetings, internal and external • Manage and schedule site visits, investor meetings, client meetings and project reviews. • Coordinate with executives, leadership, and internal stakeholders for setting agendas, presentations, and reports for internal meetings, board meetings and investor meetings. • Coordinate travel arrangements for property inspections, client meetings, and industry events • Coordinate the travel arrangements and expense reporting of executives and leadership teams. Project and Operational Coordination: • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders whenever needed • Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and deliverables. Data & Reporting: • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and audits. Communication Management: • Draft and review correspondence, announcements, and internal communications. • Ensure timely and clear communication across teams. • Participate in unit meetings. Operational Efficiency: • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes. • Implement tools and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency. Market & Industry Support: • Assist in compiling market research and competitor analysis for boutique property trends. • Support marketing and branding initiatives for luxury developments. Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and experience required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field. (UAE and Non-UAE Nationals). Minimum 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in real estate or property development. Proficiency in MS Office Suite Skills and Core Competencies · English language proficiency in read, write and speak. · Arabic language proficiency in read, write and speak (value added) · Organizational skills · Strategic Thinking · Time Management · Problem Solving · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Technical Proficiency and Digital Literacy · Efficiency and adaptability · Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment · Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality (Preferred bilingual)
