Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts with diplomacy and efficiency.
Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, grammar, and professional presentation.
Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries, handling all logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
Manage and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely submission.
Manage team events
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior management, preferably within the financial services industry.
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
