Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a female Admin Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks relating to Procurement, Logistic, Accounting & Finance operations. The role also involves other admin duties.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Proficient in Making Presentations
- Expertise in Email/Letter Drafting
- Follow-up with banks / customer for payment
- Gate Pass for Raw material and high value goods
- Arrangement of Travel (Ticket, Hotel)
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficient in English language, both oral and written
- B Com or equivalent bachelor degree
- Relevant experience of at least 2-3 years
- Working experience in SAP an added advantage
- Proven work experience Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Business Sense
