Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, fostering a productive environment.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment, implementing cost-effective measures and inventory management.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, providing a solid foundation in organizational management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, showcasing a proven track record of efficient office management.
- Professional certifications such as CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) are preferred, validating expertise in administrative functions.
- Experience in a corporate environment, particularly in fast-paced industries, demonstrating adaptability to dynamic work conditions.
