Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management, optimizing time management and logistical support.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to organizational standards.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Emirati National with a strong understanding of UAE culture and values.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a government or semi-government organization.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.
