Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating office operations, ensuring efficiency, and supporting management and staff with administrative and clerical functions. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in office administration within the UAE, with a good understanding of local labor laws, company documentation processes, and government portals (MOHRE, DHA, DED, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office. Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships. Handle employee documentation such as visas, labor contracts, medicals, and renewals. Coordinate with government departments (e.g., MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, DED). Prepare letters, memos, and reports as required by management. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical). Support HR in attendance tracking, leave management, and onboarding of new employees. Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Monitor and control office expenses and petty cash. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE legal requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 3–10 years of administrative experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and government portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Preferred Skills: Experience in HR coordination or PRO (Public Relations Officer) activities. Knowledge of procurement and facility management. Time management and problem-solving skills. Customer service orientation.
