About the Role

You’ll be our application system superstar, making sure our business as usual IT applications are always ready to go. These systems are the backbone of our operations, so your work will directly impact how we serve our customers every day. You’ll also get to dive into other IT tasks, work with awesome partners like Grubtech, Talabat, and Deliveroo, and help our team stay ahead of the tech curve. It’s a varied, exciting role that’s perfect for someone who loves a challenge!

What You’ll Do

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

● Set Up POS Systems: You’ll install and configure POS systems for new stores or update existing ones, ensuring everything works perfectly from day one.

● Support Our Stores: You’ll be the go-to tech hero for our store staff, helping them troubleshoot any POS issues, from simple glitches to trickier problems.

● Customize POS Software: You’ll tweak our POS systems to match our marketing needs, like updating prices or setting up promotions to keep our customers happy.

● Work with Partners: When there’s an issue with our partners like Grubtech, Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, or Foodics, you’ll jump in to fix it, coordinating with their teams to keep things running smoothly.

● Be Our POS Expert: We want you to be the guru of all things POS, staying up-to-date with the latest features and trends in systems like Tactics, Foodics, and Syrve.

● Share Your Knowledge: You’ll guide your colleagues on new software and features, helping everyone stay tech-savvy.

● Master Our Software: You’ll need to be comfortable with tools like Tactics, Foodics, and Grubtech—these are the systems we rely on every day.

● Help Operations: You’ll team up with our operations crew to handle configuration changes, set up new stores, and generate reports using Tactics to help us make smart decisions.

● Troubleshoot Like a Pro: When something goes wrong in our IT ecosystem, you’ll be the detective who figures it out and gets it fixed fast.

● Support Our Inventory Management Systems: You’ll ensure our inventory tools (like Oracle SCM, SAP MM, Fedelio, or Supy) are running smoothly, helping us keep track of stock and orders.

● Provide ERP Support: You’ll be the go-to expert for Oracle Netsuite, assisting with troubleshooting and user support to keep our operations seamless.

● Extra IT Support: Beyond POS, you’ll handle email configurations, support our voice carrier platforms, and even assist with our HRMS system. It’s a role that keeps things interesting!

What We’re Looking For

We’re hoping to find someone who brings:

● A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

● At least 2-3 years of experience in application support, ideally in the food and beverage or hospitality world.

● Hands-on experience with POS systems like Tactics, Foodics, and Grubtech.

● Hands-on experience with inventory management systems such as Oracle SCM, SAP MM, Fedelio, or Supy.

● Experience in inventory management within the Food and Beverage sector.

● Hands-on experience in supporting Oracle Netsuite ERP applications.

● Strong problem-solving skills—you love tackling tech challenges head-on.

● Great communication skills, so you can explain technical stuff to non-tech folks with ease.

● A team player vibe—you’ll be working with lots of different people, both inside and outside Eureka.

● Bonus points if you’re familiar with network troubleshooting or third-party API integrations!
