Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets within the assigned area/region.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, service quality, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Monitor store performance, sales targets, and profitability, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate outlet managers and their teams to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs for staff development.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
Financial & Business Performance
- Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L statements for all outlets.
- Analyze sales trends, market opportunities, and customer feedback to drive revenue growth.
- Implement promotional and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, legal, and company policies across all outlets.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain operational excellence and customer experience standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain efficiency for smooth operations.
Strategic & Expansion Responsibilities
- Contribute to business expansion by identifying potential new locations or formats.
- Support new store openings, from site readiness to team onboarding.
- Provide insights to senior management on market trends and competitive positioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in F&B operations management, with at least 2–3 years in a multi-outlet leadership role.
- Industry Exposure: Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), casual dining, café chains, or hotel F&B background preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
Ability to drive operational excellence and customer-centric service.
Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and POS or ERP systems. - Personal Attributes:
High energy, integrity, and result-oriented approach.
Flexibility to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Passion for the food & beverage industry and customer experience.
