ROLES:-A Camp Boss manages the daily operations, welfare, and smooth running of a labor accommodation camp, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and discipline while overseeing staff (housekeeping, catering, maintenance), managing logistics like supplies and transport, handling resident issues, and maintaining records to meet health, safety, and company standards.

  • Camp Services and Maintenance: Provision of laundry, housekeeping, cleaning of common areas, and waste management.

  • Logistics and Procurement: Managing inventory, procuring necessary supplies, and ensuring a reliable supply chain for goods and spare parts.

  • Infrastructure and Security: Installing, commissioning, and maintaining facilities, including accommodation, with a focus on safety and security.

  • Human Resources and Administration: Overseeing staff, managing budgets, and coordinating with service providers to meet resident needs.

  • Quality Control: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to uphold, maintenance standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
