Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Strategy

  • Develop and implement sales performance strategies aligned with overall commercial objectives.

  • Build performance frameworks to assess efficiency, training needs, and sales processes.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales operations and productivity.

KPI Development & Data Analysis

  • Establish clear KPIs and benchmarks to measure team and individual performance.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare and present performance dashboards, forecasts, and analytical insights to senior leadership.

Sales Enablement

  • Work with Sales, L&D, and Commercial teams to support training programs and capability development.

  • Enhance the adoption and effective use of sales tools, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Oversee rollout of new performance tools and ensure alignment with sales objectives.

Incentive & Commission Structures

  • Design or refine commission and incentive schemes to ensure alignment with business goals (role itself i>does not/i< include commission).

  • Monitor effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and senior stakeholders to ensure sales performance strategies support wider business goals.

  • Support the commercial team in building a high-performance, data-driven sales culture.

Experience

  • 8 10+ years in sales performance management, commercial operations, revenue optimization, or sales strategy.

  • Proven background working with large real estate developers or major organizations (luxury, telecom, financial services, etc.).

  • Experience in KPI-driven sales environments with structured processes and reporting systems.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of KPI development, performance frameworks, and productivity enhancement.

  • Expertise with commission schemes, incentive models, and performance scorecards.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

    • BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

    • Sales dashboards, forecasting tools, and performance reporting

  • Strong analytical capability with a demonstrated track record of providing insights to senior leadership.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and a data-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.

  • High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master s preferred).

  • Certifications in sales performance, sales management, or analytics are an advantage.
