Roles & Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily operations with a focus on consistency
Ensure smooth flow between kitchen, bar and floor to deliver a seamless guest experience
Lead by example with a calm, hands-on presence and strong attention to detail
Foster a culture of clarity, collaboration and continuous growth within the team
Maintain Zuma s high standards through thoughtful planning and daily execution
