• Factory Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing and assembly plant.

• Production Planning: Ensure timely and efficient production schedules to meet customer requirements.

• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality standards for electrical systems and generator assemblies.

• Technical Oversight: Provide engineering expertise for troubleshooting, design improvements, and compliance with industry standards.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor technical staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Sales Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team for deciphering tender specifications, preparing compliance statements, etc.

• Project support: Assist and guide the sales and project team with project-based customization, field synchronization, controller programming, ATS panels and related matters.

• Field support: Lead and guide the field support team for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.

  Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, generator design, fabrication and assembly processes, controller programming, synchronization, integration, etc.

  • Proven experience in factory management and production planning.

  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

  • Familiarity with local and international codes and regulations and safety standards related to manufacture and operation of diesel generators.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
