Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pre-contract activities, including cost planning, estimating, and tender analysis
  • Support post-contract duties such as valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitor project costs and track budget performance
  • Prepare and review subcontractor packages and payments
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure commercial control and reporting
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

  • Ability to work effectively in a site-based role
