Just as important to us is your ability to demonstrate a talent for dealing with people - your colleagues and our customers and delivering service that really goes the extra mile.Job Purpose:Primarily responsible to assist Relationship Managers to manage portfolio of borrowing customers in Emerging Corporates segment to maximise profitability of overall portfolio to achieve team's KPIsPrincipal Accountabilities:Work ManagementUnderstand financial statements in detail, spreading financials and prepare quality credit packages and proposals in collaboration with RM.Completing post-disbursement documentation activities in coordination with control groups such as Credit, Legal, Credit Operations, ComplianceAssist the Relationship Manager in managing portfolio of Emerging Corporate clients and backup in absence of RMSupport the Relationship Manager in achieving business targets, acquiring and onboarding new clientsClient servicing in collaboration with Transaction Banking and Treasury teamsTrack the deferrals and exceptions on post sanction documents and procedures and ensure that they are adhered to in a timely mannerEnsure that the transactions and loan disbursements happens on time and as per terms and conditions agreed upon by the bank and the clientProvide extensive support to the team in order to achieve the assigned targets.All renewals to be completed on time and identified the potentials for enhancement while conducting the renewal requests, in order to grow the asset book.Continuously explore the opportunities in existing books for CASA, Funded, Non-Funded Asset and for Trade, PCM & Treasury income and accordingly inform to the respective RM for the prospects along with UH.To make visits to clients with RMs as and when required. Such visits to be recorded by way of call reports which are to include all pertinent information in a timely manner.Ensure timely and accurate credit administrations through timely completion of annual reviews and regular monitoring of financials, covenants and other parameters within the review cycle.Comply with internal audit requirements in line with the policy guidelines, to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across the BankKeep abreast of developments in the local business environment to spot business opportunities. Contribute to the planning process in order to develop corporate business strategies.Drive customer satisfaction and be highly responsive to customer needs & ensure client satisfaction in an environment where client needs are constantly changing.Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by managementRequirements:Education and Experience:Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management2-4 years of experience in Commercial / Corporate Banking with min 2 years of exposure to Commercial / Corporate Banking in the UAE.
