Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead daily shifts to ensure fast, efficient service without compromising on quality.

Coach Service Crew Members on hospitality skills and operational tasks to maintain high service standards.

Assist the Restaurant Manager (RM) in stock management and minimizing waste.

Handle guest feedback gracefully, ensuring that every visitor leaves happier than they arrived.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related Hospitality and Business Management course.
  • Preferably holds a Food and Beverage Services NC II TESDA Certificate
  • Minimum height of 5'7"
  • At least 2+ years in the food and beverage industry, specifically as an assistant restaurant manager of a fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • In-depth understanding of food safety (HACCP)
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts
