Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Personal Finance Sales Executives. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. • Train, motivate, and guide team members to enhance performance and productivity. • Identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth. • Ensure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analyses.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Finance sales within the UAE. • Proven experience in a team leadership role in the UAE market. • Strong knowledge of banking products, personal finance, and UAE market trends. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to drive, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. • Competitive salary of up to AED 8,000 plus attractive incentives. • Opportunities for career growth within the banking sector.
