Roles & Responsibilities
Employee & Crew Management Ensure the following is done for all employees within specific
timelines & accuracy
- Offer Letter
Appointment letter
Confirmation
Induction
BGC
Appraisals
Grievance management
Payroll
Exit process and full & Final
Maintain the Documents of files (employee + Crew) - Training & Development Organize trainings as per the training needs identified
- Hiring
- Administration of office
- Employee life cycle (hire to retire)
- Office Management
- Employee and Crew Engagement Initiatives
- Engagement Calls Regular touch-base with Employees and Crew
- Vendor Management
- Manage the local compliance related to HR & AdministrationQHSE Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment
Apply GET, and where appropriate Client Company s, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
Policies and Safety Management Systems
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, and lead by example to ensure company goals are
