The Automobile Service Advisor Insurance acts as a liaison between customers, insurance companies, and the service department. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the service department, accurately documenting repair orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all insurance claims are processed promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. • Greet customers and provide an outstanding customer service experience.
   • Listen to customer concerns and vehicle issues, providing professional and empathetic assistance..
   • Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
   • Work directly with insurance companies to process claims.
   • Negotiate with insurance adjusters on behalf of customers to obtain the best repair rates and ensure proper coverage.
   • Create detailed and accurate repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle diagnostics.
   • Ensure parts are ordered and available for scheduled repairs.
   • Ensure that all repairs are performed to the highest standards and meet customer expectations.
   • Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
   • Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional certification or training in automotive service advising or a related field is preferred.
  • UAE Driving Licence
• Experience:
  • Proven experience 3 to 4 Years as a service advisor role within the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with insurance claims and familiarity with insurance processes and policies.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
