Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose

The B2C Sales Manager will be responsible for driving retail sales performance, managing the
B2C team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience within the showroom. This role requires a strong
blend of sales leadership, operational management, client relationship development, and design
understanding. The candidate will actively contribute to revenue generation, client acquisition, and
strengthening relationships within the A&D (Architects & Designers) community.
The role balances short-term revenue realization with long-term pipeline creation to secure future project
flow.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Drive B2C sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue goals.
    • Actively generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in clients, repeat customers, and external designers.
    • Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategy.
  • Team Management & Leadership
    • Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure continuous team development.
    • Ensure proper staffing, shift planning, and team scheduling for showroom operations.
  • Showroom & Floor Management
    • Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure high standards of presentation and customer experience.
    • Manage floor activities, customer engagement, and team coordination during working hours.
    • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and attracts customers.
  • Client Handling & Relationship Management
    • Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
    • Strengthen relationships with interior designers, consultants, and A&D professionals.
    • Handle key accounts and high-value clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Quotation & Sales Operations
    • Prepare accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.
    • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for order processing and delivery.
    • Ensure proper documentation, order tracking, and after-sales service.
  • Design & A&D Coordination
    • Provide design input and product recommendations aligned with client requirements.
    • Prepare and develop design layouts in line with client requirements, including space planning, product placement, and styling, while working closely with designers and aligning with A&D standards.
    • Support clients with layout suggestions, material selection, and styling inputs when required.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.
    • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, footfall, average order value, and repeat business.
    • Present insights and recommendations to management for business improvement.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Achievement of B2C sales targets.
    • Conversion rate and showroom performance.
    • Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Team productivity and individual performance.
    • Quality and accuracy of quotations.

  • Education & Credentials
    • Bachelor s degree in Interior Design
    • Minimum 5 8 years of UAE experience in B2C retail sales, preferably within furniture, interiors, or lifestyle/luxury segments.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams within a showroom or retail environment.
    • Strong understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, materials, and product applications.
    • Experience working with or engaging the A&D (Architects & Designers) community is highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance design sensibility and sales performance.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
