Responsible for reports (Plate blanket, Embossed plates, Delivered plated and service providers centers consumption) And following up the Purchase orders

Preparation, processing and presentation of reports related to panels manufactured in the main factory and overseas factories

Follow up with service providers centers for daily transaction day to day for embossing and shredding plates.

Coordinate with service providers center for pending issues and work to solve under supervision of RTA Number plate Supervisor based on RTA procedures and policies.

Confirm the customer details and information.

Closure and end the transactions in the system for the collected documents.

Receive & investigate customer queries and complaints.

Reply to different department enquiries.

Prepare and audit the daily report of number plate issuance.

Collect all returned and disposed number plates.

Conduct daily inventory inspection for the manufactured and disposed number plates.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities associated with the position.

Data entry to computer, prepare necessary reports/correspondence as per the requirement and instruction of the manager of section.

Responsible of all data entry of all executed works assigned to him and report the daily progress with attached photos to the Supervisor
