Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly prepare a diverse range of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts, following established recipes and maintaining consistent quality.
  • Precisely measure and combine ingredients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to recipes to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers, ensuring their optimal performance and cleanliness.
  • Decorate and present pastries and desserts in an appealing and aesthetically pleasing manner, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, specializing in Baking and Pastry.
  • Holds a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, demonstrating a solid foundation of skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in various baking techniques, including bread making, cake decorating, and pastry creation.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, holding relevant certifications.
