Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To support the Baker in producing high-quality baked goods efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene, safety, and an organised workspace.
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential: Secondary School Certificate
Desirable: Certificate or Diploma in Baking / Pastry Production
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bakery Helper or equivalent role in food production.
Experience in industrial or large-scale bakery operations.
Basic English communication skills.
Knowledge of baking procedures, ingredients, and production methods.
Good physical stamina and ability to work with hands for extended periods.
Awareness of food hygiene and safety practices.
Team player with a positive work attitude.
