Barback - QE2 Floating Hotel Support Services

Main Responsibilities

* Assist the bartender in opening and closing the bar each shift
* Keep the bar area fully stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools
* Clean and maintain bar surfaces, floor areas, coolers, and back storage regularly
* Ensure all glassware, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and available for service
* Support with setup and reset of the bar for shifts, events, or large guest volumes
* Follow hygiene and safety procedures during service hours
* Provide quick support during busy periods to ensure smooth guest service

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience as a barback or barman in a hotel, cruise ship, or bar setting
* Background in hospitality or food and beverage service is preferred
* Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
* Energetic, team-oriented, and reliable with attention to detail
* Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
* Comfortable working in a themed or historic hospitality environment
