Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of all resort beverage venues, ensuring excellence in service, presentation, and product quality.

  • Develop and maintain unique, luxury beverage menus focused on premium non-alcoholic cocktails, wellness elixirs, teas, coffees, and artisanal beverages.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with Culinary, Events, and Front Office teams to enhance guest experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards in line with Raffles and Accor policies.
  • Elevate beverage service to an art form, curating signature mocktails and sensory journeys that express the essence of Raffles hospitality.
  • Anticipate guest preferences and ensure intuitive, personalized service.
  • Foster a culture of storytelling around ingredients, preparation, and presentation.
  • Uphold the brand s Emotional Luxury philosophy, ensuring every guest experience feels bespoke and heartfelt.
  • Lead, inspire, and train a talented team of bar professionals to deliver exceptional beverage craftsmanship.
  • Implement training programs in beverages, coffee art, tea culture, and guest engagement.
  • Encourage creativity and ownership within the team while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls for the bars operation.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory, sourcing, and supplier relationships
  • Develop partnerships with local and regional producers for beverages, organic juices, herbs, teas, and coffee.
  • Integrate wellness, sustainability, and local flavors into beverage offerings.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 4 6 years of experience in bar or beverage management within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation.
  • Financial acumen with experience in cost control and revenue management.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are an asset.
  • Experience in pre-opening is highly desirable.
