Atlantis The Royal is looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join the world-renowned restaurant Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. In this role, you will craft exceptional cocktails and beverages while delivering an unforgettable guest experience. Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
* Engage guests with knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, providing personalized recommendations.
* Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory control to ensure efficient operations.
* Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
* Adhere to all sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations in line with resort policies.
* Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with genuine hospitality.
* Create and present signature drinks and participate in beverage innovation initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of stock usage and ensure replenishment of supplies.
* Support training and development initiatives within the beverage team.

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a luxury hotel, fine-dining, or award-winning restaurant.
* Professional certification such as WSET Level 2 or equivalent bar/mixology qualification.
* Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a guest-centric attitude.
* Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment while maintaining composure and quality.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
