Blow Molding Manager SCT Chemicals FZE

Oversee all blow Moulding operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently. Hands on experience in injection Moulding/Blow Moulding/Thermoforming operations. Develop and implement production plans in alignment with overall plant objectives. Ensure quality control and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Lead and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance. Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and production yields. Maintain and enforce safety standards and ensure EHS compliance. Identify process improvements and implement cost- and time-efficient methods. Prepare periodic production reports and present performance updates to management.
