Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Act as the main point of contact for all the clients handled by you, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. • Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to understand their objectives, provide updates, work with them to finalize the designs and gather feedback. 2. Business Development: • Participate in client presentations and pitches, showcasing the company's capabilities and unique selling propositions. • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and expand the company's presence within the industry. • Identify opportunities to expand business opportunities with existing client and pitch potential clients. 3. Tactical Planning: • Execute the company's client servicing strategies, aligning them with overall business goals of the client. • Identify market trends and customer demands to develop innovative approaches and service offerings. • Analyze industry competition and promote strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 4. Project Management: • Oversee the planning and execution of events to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes. • Collaborate with internal departments (such as operations, logistics, creative, and finance) to ensure seamless event execution. • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to client requirements and company profitability. 5. Quality Assurance: • Set and maintain high service standards, ensuring consistent delivery of quality services to clients. • Implement and adhere to SOPs to measure self-improvement. • Handle any escalations or complaints, working towards satisfactory resolutions. 6. Financial Management: • Monitor and manage the project / event budget and expenses with precision. • Ensure event wise budget closure
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in managing events at different scales Proven experience in client servicing and account management within the event management or related industry. Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. 5. Ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Analytical mindset with the capability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 8. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours during peak event seasons.
