Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive – Personal Leasing is responsible for generating and closing sales for personal car leasing and rental solutions through outbound sales efforts and lead follow-ups. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting suitable leasing options, and building strong customer relationships to achieve monthly sales targets. This position requires strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and flexibility in working hours within a fast-paced sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.

• Introduce and promote company products and personal leasing services to prospective customers. • Understand customer requirements and tailor sales pitches to meet their specific needs.

• Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest to maximize conversion.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

• Work effectively under pressure while meeting assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Demonstrate flexibility with shifts and overtime based on business requirements.

• Carry out any additional duties or role-related changes as communicated by the Supervisor or Head of Department from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications • Atleast 2-3 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. • Experience in the car rental, personal leasing, automotive, or mobility services industry is highly preferred. • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a target-driven mindset. • Good verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable leasing solutions. • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools. • Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting sales targets and KPIs. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail in maintaining customer records
