Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Generate and manage leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Conduct property site visits, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve monthly targets.

2. Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and market presence.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

3. Marketing & Promotion

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, listings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage property listings on online portals and ensure accurate details.
  • Follow up with potential buyers through calls, emails, and CRM tools.

4. Documentation & Coordination

  • Prepare and review sales agreements, proposals, and related documentation.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and real estate regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Admin, Finance, Legal) to complete property sales procedures.
