Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and onboard wholesale distributors, traders, resellers, and retail partners across the UAE
Generate leads through market visits, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Negotiate pricing, margins, MOQs, and payment terms to close profitable deals
Manage order execution, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-ups
Maintain and grow existing accounts to increase repeat orders and sales volume
Support retail placements, promotions, and improve in-store sell-through
Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities
Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with advanced degrees.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Certifications in sales methodologies or business development frameworks to enhance credibility and expertise.
- Experience working in technology, finance, or consulting industries is highly desirable to understand market dynamics.
