Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard wholesale distributors, traders, resellers, and retail partners across the UAE

  • Generate leads through market visits, cold outreach, networking, and referrals

  • Negotiate pricing, margins, MOQs, and payment terms to close profitable deals

  • Manage order execution, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-ups

  • Maintain and grow existing accounts to increase repeat orders and sales volume

  • Support retail placements, promotions, and improve in-store sell-through

  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities

  • Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with advanced degrees.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies or business development frameworks to enhance credibility and expertise.
  • Experience working in technology, finance, or consulting industries is highly desirable to understand market dynamics.
