Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate leads through outdoor visits, cold calling, and networking Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories Promote and sell ERP, Accounting, HR, and Van Sales software solutions Conduct onsite and online product demonstrations Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets (mandatory) Maintain strong client relationships and ensure follow-ups Update daily sales activities and sales pipeline Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and support teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in target-based outdoor / field sales Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Experience in software / IT / services sales preferred Comfortable with daily field visits and cold client approaches Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Basic computer and system knowledge for demos Languages required: English, Hindi, Malayalam Self-motivated, aggressive, and performance-driven attitude Must be available in Dubai for interview
