Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the media and advertising industry

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  3. Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches

  4. Support account managers in managing client requirements and campaign execution

  5. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activity

  6. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets

  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline updates

Desired Candidate Profile


  1. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in Media / Advertising / Digital Marketing industry)

  2. Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and good command of English

  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  4. Presentable, energetic, and target-driven personality

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment

  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
