Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts across UAE and GCC markets
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and outbound outreach
Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers and enterprise stakeholders
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Qualify opportunities and support sales funnel progression
Work closely with sales and technical teams to position suitable solutions and services
Conduct market and account research to identify new business opportunities
Participate in events, webinars, and networking activities to generate demand and brand visibility
Maintain regular reporting on activities, meetings, and pipeline status
Support proposal discussions and customer engagement activities to drive business growth
Desired Candidate Profile
1–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Lead Generation
Experience in new customer acquisition and outbound sales activities
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold prospecting
Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management practices
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales development
Ability to research accounts and engage with enterprise customers professionally
Exposure to IT services, enterprise software, automation, or technology sales is preferred
UAE market exposure or GCC sales experience will be an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
Experience in selling BMC or BMC Helix software solutions, will be an added advantage
This structure is commonly aligned with GCC job portals and BDE postings focused on lead generation, meeting setup, and pipeline creation
