Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition -Identify and target key decision-makers: Interior Designers, Architects, Real --Estate Agencies, Developers, and Boutique Hotel Owners. -Conduct daily prospecting calls and field visits to generate new business opportunities. -Develop a network of referral partners (Real Estate Brokers) to create a consistent lead pipeline. -Maintain strong weekly activity KPIs (calls, visits, meetings, new accounts). 2. Lead Management & Direct Sales (B2C) -Manage inbound leads from social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). -Qualify incoming private clients (Villa/Apartment owners) and arrange site inspections immediately. -Present compelling proposals and customized design solutions that align with the client's vision and budget. 3. CRM & Market Intelligence -Log all leads, calls, meetings, and deals into the CRM. -Provide weekly sales reports and accurate pipeline updates. -Gather insights from the market (competitor pricing, new project launches) and feedback to management.
