Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B and e-commerce delivery sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, pricing structures, and service presentations.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of sales or business development experience in courier, logistics, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Knowledge of courier and freight forwarding services in the KSA market.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
