Your Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be a key driver of EMTECH s growth strategy. You ll identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that address real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads across target markets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
What We re Looking For:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT/tech.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with UAE market and business culture.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
