Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and target potential clients in various industries for IT services,

    including software development, IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and

    digital transformation.

    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling,

    networking, attending industry events, and digital marketing efforts.

    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and market needs.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Meet with prospective clients to understand their business requirements

    and challenges.

    • Propose customized IT solutions that align with the client s strategic

    goals.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.

    Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and

    KPIs.

    • Work with the internal teams to create presentations, proposals, and

    quotations tailored to the client's needs.

    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability

    for the business.

    Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings and

    deliverables.

    • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and implement

    promotional campaigns.

    • Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth

    onboarding and transition of clients post-sale.

Business Development Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in

CRM systems.

  • Provide regular reports to senior management regarding sales

performance, forecasts, and market trends.

  • Continuously track competitor activities and industry developments to

stay ahead of market dynamics.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related

    field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience (2-5 years) in business development or sales within

    the IT services sector (software development, IT consulting, or managed

    services).

    • Experience in identifying and closing sales opportunities with both small

    businesses and large enterprises.

  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with IT services like cloud computing, enterprise software,

    infrastructure management, and digital transformation solutions.

    • Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements and

    solutions to non-technical clients.

  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills, both in person and via virtual platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft
